In the case of a Just Culture system
project, the researcher should first see how the employees are working in the
environment. A staff member’s work environment is a major key because of course
the worker knows what to do on their job, but if the worker is not comfortable
or at ease in their area; then the job will not be executed properly. Bohne and
Peruzzi (2010) talk about skilled-based errors, which are errors made by people
when they know what should be done, but fail to execute them in the right manner.
The correction for this action should be making sure the staff are happy and
relaxed so the job will get done the right way.
The next step that should be token is
seeing how each individual worker carriers out their job. For example, the
worker could be doing the job the wrong way because that was the way that they
were taught. Bohne and Peruzzi (2010) explain rule based errors which are
errors that ab individual makes because they were not taught the proper way.
This can be corrected by having mini classes that the staff must take every
year to make sure they still have the proper knowledge to execute the task at

together and function properly allow achievement in system goals. This pretty
much means that, in a systematic format that individual can work well to get
the job done. If these steps are taking properly, then the job will get done
without any mistakes or problems occurring.
